Instructions

  1. Prepare the Shrimp: Rinse and pat dry the shrimp. Toss them in olive oil and coat evenly with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to create a flavorful and colorful crust.
  2. Air Fry the Shrimp: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6-8 minutes, shaking halfway through, until shrimp are golden and firm.
  3. Make the Avocado Crema: While the shrimp cooks, mash the avocado in a bowl. Stir in Greek yogurt or sour cream, fresh lime juice, chopped cilantro, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Warm the Tortillas: Wrap tortillas in foil and heat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes or warm in a dry skillet until soft and pliable.
