Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust: Combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a bowl. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×13 inch baking pan forming an even layer. Set aside and preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix the filling: In a separate bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and pumpkin pie spices until smooth and well combined to create a creamy, flavorful filling.
  3. Bake the bars: Pour the pumpkin filling evenly over the prepared crust. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is just slightly wobbly, being careful not to overbake to maintain moistness.
  4. Cool and slice: Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan to set properly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing into squares, which enhances texture and helps the bars hold together.
