  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Mini Pie Crusts: Roll out your pie crust dough and cut into small rounds to fit your mini muffin or tart pans. Press the dough gently into the pans to form small pie shells with slightly raised edges.
  2. Mix the Filling: In a bowl, whisk together light corn syrup, brown sugar, melted unsalted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until smooth and well combined. Stir in chopped pecans last to keep their crunch.
  3. Fill the Crusts: Use a spoon or small measuring cup to pour the filling evenly into each mini pie crust, filling nearly to the top but leaving a small space for expansion.
