Ingredients

Scale

Main Ingredients

  • 4 ears Fresh Corn on the Cob
  • 1/4 cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Optional Toppings

  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro or Parsley, chopped
  • 2 Lime Wedges

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Corn: Remove the husks and silks from the fresh ears of corn. Rinse them under cold water to remove any remaining silk and pat dry with a towel.
  2. Preheat the Grill: Heat your grill to medium-high heat, about 400°F (204°C), to achieve a good char without burning the corn.
  3. Make the Buffalo Butter Sauce: In a small bowl, melt the butter and mix in the Buffalo sauce and garlic powder until well combined to create a spicy, buttery sauce.
  4. Grill the Corn: Place the corn directly on the grill grates. Turn every 2-3 minutes to ensure even cooking and charring. Grill for 10-12 minutes until the kernels are tender and lightly charred all over.
  5. Slather with Buffalo Sauce: Remove the hot corn from the grill and generously brush each ear with the Buffalo butter sauce, covering all kernels.
  6. Add Finishing Touches: Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and chopped fresh herbs over the sauced corn. Squeeze fresh lime juice on top before serving to brighten the flavors.

Notes

  • Choose fresh corn for maximum sweetness and juiciness.
  • Warm the Buffalo butter sauce before brushing to keep it smooth and easy to apply.
  • Use tongs to safely turn the corn on the grill and get even charring.
  • Avoid overcooking the corn to prevent dryness or excessive charring.
  • For extra flavor, apply Buffalo sauce twice—once before grilling and once after.
